Might want to put this one on your calendar....November 2-3 at Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor 4. Lots of boats, off-road vehicles, RVs and trailers plus some fun special attractions: an ICS sanctioned Homestyle Chili Cook-Off competition (cash prizes and winner qualifies for the 2014 World Championships) -- Lake Havasu Paddlefest (about 150 kayakers and stand-up paddleboarders on the Windsor 4 Beach, games and competition) -- and the "FAB 40" Hot Boat Show and Shine (we're looking for 40 of the best classic flatbottoms, hydros, jets, outboards, and day cruisers -- no entry fee, just pre-register -- free t-shirt for each entry -- this will be a judged competition with prizes -- boats must be 24' and under). Admission only $2.00 for adults, kids 6 and under free, parking is free. Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 9am to 3pm -- food and beer gardens on site. Check it out -- http://www.sandandwaterexpo.com
