Up between 4am & 5am. Hit the hay between 11pm and Midnight. Night before last I was up until 1am and up at 4:30am. I don't like to sleep...it cuts into my time on the internet. :D

Back up stairs 6:00, waking my ass up.

Non school nights:
Wife same schedule.

Yup.....almost exactly the same story for me with the exception of hitting the gym, other than that.....fall asleep on the couch and up at 5......no alarm needed :D

My phone alarm goes off at 4am, but I'm usually half awake by 3:30am, during the week. I'm usually exhausted by about 8:30pm, so I'm normally in bed by 9pm.
