I’m looking to up-grade to the newer body style but only looking at 2010’s because I’m a broke dick and can’t afford to buy new.

I like the Chevy’s but not sure I can get past that huge bumper end. The newer Chevy front end looks much better but way out of my price range.

Option 1 GMC

17061

Option 2 Chevy

17062

Option 3 just keep my old sled and stay way behind the times. :hmmm:

17063

Ford guys need not reply......

Option 3 if you are not dumping a boat load of money into maintaining it. If its running good, I say drive it till the wheels fall off.
Between 1 and 2, I think 1 looks cleaner!

No truck has low miles and is like new in and out. I only put about 3000/4000 miles a year on it but just thought it be a good time to sell it and move up 5 years.

Option 3. I have an 05 lly. Every time I think of upgrading I remember that mine has never left me stranded. When I want a new look I change the wheels. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/09/05/dume3ysy.jpg
Once these wear out its getting slammed to the ground. Look and feel like a new truck but no payment.

Option 1 is nice but I'd just keep option 3 maybe change the look a little to make it feel like you got a new truck, take off the molding, new wheels or something on those lines

I have opt 3 as well, with 120,000 miles with no major issues. But I have the same itch and want a newer truck, but I really dont like the newer body styles. If I were to choose between opt 1 and 2 the GMC would have my vote due to cleaner lines. I am waiting to see what the new HD will look like when it comes out.

The old truck looks great and you already said that you're a broke dick. Keep the GMC and put a Brahma Bull on the drivers door!

I have 2('09 Dmax every option), but the grill and hood definately look better on #1. Another benefit to '10 or older is no DEF fluid, although a friend has a '12 and gets better mileage than I do. I agree with others keep yours as long as its mechanically sound.

You're truck looks great!
If you're considering option 2, the bumpers with the fog lights inset look better IMO. Not so large looking. Here's a pic of my bumper.

I had a feeling so that’s why I gave you props on your DCB earlier, figured it may just help keep you quiet on this subject…. :D :D

As much as I hate to admit it I’ve owned Ford rangers as my daily driver for the last 25 years and at one point had a Ranger and a full size ford as my tow vehicle.

You’ll never know how hard that was to say…… :D

It came standard on the 2013 LT model. I'm not sure when it changed. Maybe 2013?

Option #3. Don't get involved in the DPF/EGR bullshit on the newer trucks. Avoid it like the plague, that's why the per DPF trucks are bringing such a high price right now.

Hey Crash, is there a back story behind your screen name? :D

I'm getting ready to sell my 08 Dodge (with DPF/EGR) to buy one slightly older (same body style/interior etc...) just so I don't have to have those pieces of crap anymore. The emissions on my truck are literally killing the truck from the inside out. Already new turbo, DPF, EGR, etc, etc....

Looks like I may be doing just that.

Looked at two GMC’s today and mine was much nicer than both of them.

It blows me away what some people consider “Showroom Condition” :thumbsdown

I like the look of the GMC's better. I would keep your current truck and do some modifications.
