I think I like this. Anyone have any knowledge on how it will perform? It's a 300 on the back:yikes:1387513876

Is that the new 2575?

In regards to performance I had a 350 with a duo on mine and it cruised at 45 all day long with pretty much zero effort. Topped out at 53 iirc.

I would say that 300 should handle similar to the I/O until you start loading up to 8-10 passengers. 10+ its gonna lag a bit. 12+ is gonna perform like a toon.

Sell the damn magic already and rock that tub

Nice lookin Toon,,,whats the lenght? Are the lifting strakes on the inside of the toons? I have seen a few of those here in Havasu. My guess would be 45 -50 max top speed. Our Tri-Toon is 24 ft. with a 150 o/b and top end is 40 on a good day. But we are in no hurry to go anywhere these days. Whats nice about the O/B's is that you can to the maint. yourself and is actually real easy. Lot less maint. costs than I/O.

How will it perform?? Here's how it'll perform. If I pull all 10 of my subs out I'll spank you for sure. If I only pull 5, it'll be a race. LOL

After checking that thing out I think it will perform better than mine did. It's got 30+ more horses with a lot less weight. Would be a fun little rig.

Side note, their trailers smoke pole on top of the single worst boat to trailer. Throw in a cross wind and current....HELLLLLLLL. Outside that...interior is bitchen, color of interior is perfect (my tan with faux osterich got a little heat to it), faux teak in rear is killer, center gate between loungers is real nice along with the taller safety rails back there and it looks like there is no step going out back. The cup holders on the low side of the rear lounges are kind of in a crappy position cause you have to sort of sit up to grab your beer unless you have ape arms so keep super hydrated and don't use them.

All these people comparing their 10 year old toons, to a brand new one with a Yamaha, is comical information at best. I'd look for one with a Merc 250-300xs or a Verado.

Pull the trigger man. You're not getting any younger. And if you're considering buying a boat, you're obviously not getting any wiser LOL. So just do it already. I'm ready to be driven to the bah in style :drown:

A buddy of mine just bought one and loves it. He had a 29 X Flight and says the toon out performs it and does so with style. personally it made me feel 20 years older, nice boat though....

William, is that a pontoon or a tri-toon? Pontoon's ride like shit compared to a tri. You'll be spilling your drinks everywhere!

Gotta get the tri in order to slap some bigger power on the back of them. Also adds so much more storage down the middle. Can't go wrong with being tri! ;)
