Went to Lo Lo's Chicken & Waffles in South Phoenix for the first time today........pretty damn good! The chicken breast was as big as a turkey and the waffle was delicious! Sounds strange but was real tasty!

I seem to be doing a pretty damn good job in it too! Thanks for noticing. :D

Mateo of you didn't work out you weigh 300 lbs. you eat horribly fattening foods on a regular basis.

Which is the exact reason why I work out. I work out so I can eat what I want when I want. Actually when I stop working out, I generally lose weight as muscle weighs more than fat. And when I'm working out less, I'm not as hungry.

We have these at the house..They are Sooo good.
Kim also buys the candy bar one that is kinda like a snickers by Adkins. Its a really good one as well.

Those are yummy too! I'm just not much a sweets person, except for ice cream. These aren't too sweet.

Not a fan of the 50/50 patty, but I do like the beef patty burgers!!!
