Here is number two of three that we are building right now. Here we have everything taped up and spraying the bottom portion of the mold. The deck is still being taped up as I made a couple last minute changes. I am really excited to see this one come out of the mold. You can get an idea of how the graphics look once the tape lines were removed after the base coat was applied. Enjoy.

Thank you, and boating is definitely making a come back. A lot of manufacturers have seen more orders this year than any other year since the economy tanked.

Sorry for the delay but we had some issues with fuel tanks. As of July 1st 2013 all tanks have to be EPA certified. Anyway just received tanks from IMCO and now we will get back on track. I cant wait to see it out of the mold the colors are going to look awesome.

Here are some progress pictures, we had the molds transported back to our shop and we will be completing this project in house . In these photos we are installing the stringers and bulkheads for the tanks, we also added drainage through the tank wells so water doesnt get trapped in the sponsons. Once the Imco tanks were installed the floors were placed down as well, prior to installing the deck for easier access and a cleaner job. Now that the deck has been fitted to the hull we will complete the bulkheads and tabbing. Next week we will start flow coating the engine compartment and color sand and polish the hull, then its all about rigging. Since the last boat sold and the customer did not want the 525 package we will be installing that in this boat, should look great with the color combo.

we are doing some subtle changes right now, every time I build one I come up with new ideas. I will have some more pics soon as the interior is being done now. we are doing a different powder coat finish to all the billet parts, should be pretty cool. More pics soon.

Here are a few more pics, as you can see here we have installed all the bulk heads throughout the boat, there are seven total to make sure the boat is solid. The engine compartment and hatch are being flow coated as well, after sanding everything we applied a heavy layer of gel coat as a primer. A black guide coat is applied to show the low areas, then its sanded down to a smooth surface and a finish coat will be applied. Sorry pics are out of order

Sorry we have been so busy after the LA boat show I haven't had time to post any but I do have some more pics which I will post soon. Right now its sitting on a shop trailer but we have placed the order with Extreme and it should arrive in a couple of weeks. We actually will not install a motor until it is sold so that the customer can choose their own power. So wont have any water photos yet.

Here are some of the photos that I have, some of the photos are with the boat at the upholstery shop and it is sitting on a temporary trailer. The trailer that is coming from extreme will be charcoal gray sitting on 17" custom wheels. The boat is at a stage three waiting for power, if it doesnt sell in a couple of weeks I will be specking a Mercury racing 520 with an XR drive. Tuesday we will be starting three new boats, two are customer builds and one more for stock.

Well, this boat has been completed to a stage 3. We will not install power at this point so the new owner can choose what they want. Otherwise everything has been done with the exception of the stereo and bimini top this allows a couple more choices as well. We are pleased with the out come, please let us know what you think.

Chris taking that big fridge out of the middle of the walkway was a great idea. Makes it nice and open now.

Thanks, It opened it up a lot and feels much bigger inside and we actually gained enough space for an extra seat.

I can't give away all my secrets lol, but we do use top quality products. The material consists of Dow Corning 1708, 1 1/2 oz and 3 oz cross directional mat, cormat and cloth. We use 100% vinyl ester resin, marine grade ply wood, balsa wood and engineered stringers. As you can see we spare no expense to insure a quality built boat.

Jeff keeps telling me to call you about a deck cause I'm in the market for one. But I don't think my budget is right for a new one.

How does the 530 run?? Real curious about it and the DTS as far as shifting etc.

Took it out to Elsinore Saturday but could not open her up due to too many Leo's on the lake. We were able to reach 65 mph without drawing to much attention but definitely had more throttle left. I was really impressed with the mid range of this motor, we went from 40 mph to 60 mph within a couple seconds and you could actually feel the acceleration. The DTS controls were effortless and felt so precise even has a nice detent when going into neutral. I was a sceptic about DTS at first but now it's all I will use. I think the 520 package is the best value Mercury has ever offered, the next two builds are also getting 520's as well
