I saw this house the day after he bought it, as a matter of fact I saw it before he did but it wasn't up yet.
Like everything Steve owns he does it right, including showing his neighbor exactly where the property line is :biggrin: The upgrades are top notch:thumbup::thumbup: Things that to most would have been perfect he made more perfect.

With my step-son going to the University of Arizona the wife said OK to a house in Havasu, so he can get in state tuition after a year.
Difference in tuition between out of state and in state makes owning a house financially sound.
